Day Trips

Start and Finish at Sutton Stop

Sutton Stop to Brinklow:  start at 10:00 am, arrive back about 3:30 - 4:00 pm.  No facilities for a pub lunch - you will need to bring your own food.

Sutton Stop to Bulkington:  start at 10:00 - 10:30 am, arrive back about 3:30 pm.  Lunch* at the "Navigation Inn" pub.  Shorter trip, ideal for the frail elderly.

Sutton Stop to Hinckley:  start at 9:00 am, arrive back about 4:30 pm.  Lunch* at the "Lime Kilns" pub.  The route is via the Ashby Canal.

Start and Finish at Ansty

The pickup is at Ansty Working Men's Club, Grove Road, Ansty.

Ansty to Newbold-on-Avon:  start at 9:00 am, arrive back about 4:30 - 5:00 pm.  Lunch* at the "Barley Mow", Newbold.  This is quite a long trip, and costs £5 extra.

Ansty to Brinklow:  start at 10:00 am, arrive back about 3:30 - 4:00 pm.  No facilities for pub lunch - you will need to bring your own food.

All Trips

* On all the above trips, you can bring your own food - you do not have to have a pub lunch.

We also do half day or evening trips by special request.

Remember, although the "Lady Godiva" is designed primarily for passengers with disabilities, other groups can boost our charity's funds by hiring her.  Why not book a trip for your work colleagues, your darts team or for a birthday or wedding celebration?

And don't forget that if you would like to spend more than a day on the canals, you can book a holiday on "Lady Godiva"!
